Research On Risk Management For Edge Data Center Project Based On AHP-FCE Model

The 5G network is about to be deployed on a large scale.The edge data center rooms are the most important infrastructures for 5G networks.At present,the edge data center project has the problems of low efficiency and poor stability,which greatly affects the implementation of China Telecom network reconfiguration and 5G network deployment strategy.The edge data center room mainly installs computing,storage,and network hardware which are characterized by high density,generalization,and virtualization.The general servers which are high-power,big-size and heavy have higher requir-ements for the edge data center room area,power supply,and air-conditioning facilities.The edge data center room project currently faces poor conditions such as complicated construction environment and kinds of resource constraints.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and problems of the edge data center room proj ect,this dissertation takes the proj ect of Jincheng edge data center room as an actual case to apply the project risk management theory into practice.Firstly,the hierarchical holographic modeling is used to identify the risk factors of the project,and the HHM framework of the edge data center room project is established,and 24 main risk factors are obtained.Secondly,expert investigation method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method are used to evaluate the risk factors and the overall risk level of the Jincheng edge data center room project.The level of each risk factor determined by the probability of risk,the degree of damage caused and the controllability.Finally,in view of different levels of risk factors,combined with the actual situation of external environment and internal environment,the dissertation puts forward corresponding measures.The risk monitoring mechanism is established at the end of the paper.In conclusion,the dissertation is a systematic and comprehensive risk management study on the risk management for the edge data center room proj ect.It has accumulated practical experience of risk management of the edge data center room project and provided reference for the risk management of telecommunication room project.
