Research On The Quality Control And Risk Management Of The Construction Project Of The Financial Industry Data Center

In recent years,domestic large data centers have sprung up and attracted great attentions.At the current stage,the financial industry data center construction unit encountered a lot of difficulties in the process of project quality management and risk management,from the perspective of project construction results,the difficulties of the construction process of the data center also mostly concentrated in the two aspects.Therefore,in this industry there is an urgent need to effectively make use of the theories and methods of project quality management,and risk management,learn the risk management related experiences and take considerations of the actual situation for comprehensive application in the data center project construction process.The main content of this thesis focus on the analysis and study on the quality control and risk management in the process of the construction of large data centers.By way of systematic study of the method and theory of risk management for project quality control,and on this basis leaning the successful experiences and the major problem resolved in relation to the project quality control and risk management in the domestic major data center project construction process,conducted the systematic research work.Combining the theories and methods of project management,risk management theory and risk quantitative analysis,and the actual project management experience,taking the integrated wiring project data center and power supply system project as an example,showed how the various methods of project management and effective control of the project quality can be comprehensively utilized in the process of project construction.This article also evaluated the various risks in the process of actual construction of the data center and identified the major risks,on this basis,conducted the quantitative analysis on all the indicators in the risk management for the data center by way of using the fuzzy matrix.In conclusion,this article focus on the systematic analysis on the project quality control and risk management during the process of data center construction project,with the aim to improve the data center project quality and risk management standard.
