Research On Communication Management Of G Company Certification Project

With the rapid progress of China's reform and opening up,more and more large-scale project construction is no longer confined to one place at a time.More and more complex stakeholders participate in the project more and more common,which also causes a lot of management problems about complex stakeholder projects.Most of the reasons are due to the lack of effective communication management among project stakeholders,which makes the stakeholders unable to understand the exact project status and information according to their own needs at all stages of the project,thus leading to the failure of effective project management.To achieve scientific project organization and control,it is necessary to carry out project communication management.Based on the theory of project communication management and related research,this paper analyses and studies the application of communication management in the bank card security certification project involving multi-stakeholders,according to the project stage of project life cycle.This paper analyses the needs and characteristics of communication management of bank card security certification project involving multi-stakeholders,combines with the actual situation of the project,analyses the problems in different stages of the project life cycle,studies the methods and steps of communication management,puts forward solutions,and puts forward effective communication practice according to different communication methods and the application of different communication modes.Suggestions on implementing methods and improving communication effect.Finally,this paper summarizes the successful experience and failure lessons of multi-stakeholder participation in the bank card security certification project,in order to improve the management level of follow-up projects,and provide reference for the implementation of similar projects.
