Since 2017,China has gradually increased the regulation and control of the real estate industry.In March 2017,Beijing took the lead in the regulation and control of the real estate industry.In November 2017,more than 100 cities in China have launched the policy adjustment of the real estate industry.The subsequent policies,such as the "13 Articles of the State","four Articles of the State","Five Articles of the State","930 New Deal" and Other policies followed,continuously increased the regulation of the real estate industry and prevented the sub-disorderly expansion of the real estate industry and financial risks.With the gradual upgrading of the state regulation and control of the real estate industry,the real estate industry is cold,property Management Industry,which is closely related to the real estate business,has also been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.Property industry has gradually entered the era of low profit,so many property companies are seeking a way out.Many property companies have adopted the strategy of realizing the fine management of business and calculating the profit index in advance to save costs and prevent operating risks through informatization.In this paper,Guangzhou Tengyue Company as the research object,combined with the internal and external environment of the company and the status quo of the company's information project management,Guangzhou Tengyue company information project management optimization launched an in-depth study.Guangzhou Tengyue Company is a medium-sized real estate company in China.Due to the adjustment of national policies and the impact of COVID-19,the development of the company has entered a bottleneck period.The company can get fewer and fewer projects.The company won five property projects in the first half of 2021.After six months of operation,three projects showed losses of varying degrees.With the increasingly fierce competition in the external environment and the increasing requirements of internal management,the company decided to implement the "Budget and cost control information" project,in order to achieve the effect of fine cost management and improve profit margin.In the early stage of the information-based project management,there are: There is no specific project management department,project management,low level of specialization,there is no clear project management standards,liability mismatch,the problem such as performance evaluation become a mere formality,delay in the project in the project schedule and project quality closes nevertheless,serious project rework,departments of mutual shuffle,and so on and so forth,are at risk of project is out of control,Therefore,it is urgent to put forward a plan to improve the management performance of the project.In this paper,through a large number of literature research and combined with the actual situation of the company,guangzhou Banks puts forward the setting the PMO(project management office),once a product manager post,a sound system of company informatization project management system,strengthening the management of the project information to rapidly improve the company's information project management level,reduce the risk of project management.In order to make the optimization scheme of project management thoroughly implemented,it is necessary to provide support from the company's senior leaders,strengthen the training and management of project management personnel,and give financial support.Taking the "Budget and Cost control" information project of Guangzhou Tengyue Company as a case,this paper explores the common problems in the information project management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward the ideas and measures to solve the problems,so as to improve the theoretical level and degree of refinement of project management.To effectively control the project scope,control the project schedule,improve the project quality,project team management and improve the project management performance to provide example support,but also for the entire small and medium-sized enterprise information project management to provide beneficial guidance.Informatization has become an important means for many enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,especially for the property enterprises that have entered the era of low profits,informatization is a sharp tool to reduce costs and increase efficiency.With increasingly fierce competition and rising labor costs,enterprises have less and less space for cost compression in the production and operation links.Therefore,it is more and more important to use information means to carry out fine management of the company.Information projects,as carriers of enterprise informatization,should also receive special attention.
