Research On The Operation And Maintenance Cost Control Of Communication Engineering Projects Under The View Of Full Life Cycle

Nowadays,with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the operation and maintenance cost of communication engineering project is higher and higher,and the proportion of the whole life cycle cost of the whole project is also increasing.Have a big effect on the control of communication engineering project design of operation and maintenance costs,through the study of factors affecting cost of operation and maintenance,control early in the design of communication engineering project,can effectively reduce the maintenance costs of the project,so as to reduce the communication engineering project whole life cycle cost.In the whole life cycle of communication engineering project,the use stage is the last stage of engineering,which reflects the use value of engineering project.The cost of this stage is mainly the operation and maintenance cost of communication equipment,which is the important link of life cycle cost control.Through the research of operation and maintenance cost in the use stage of communication engineering,we can better guide the engineering design in the preparatory stage of communication engineering and reduce the life cycle cost.This thesis took the cost of operation and maintenance of C company communication base station facilities as the center,seeking for a key factor by function and value analysis of communication equipment operation and maintenance cost of company C,on the base of whole life cycle of the project and cost control and value engineering application theory and the status quo of the company.The using value would be improved by adjusting the relationship of function and cost under the guidance of value engineering theory.The key to the cost control of the operation and maintenance of communication equipment is the electric charge.The main influencing factors are the running time of the high power equipment and the number of the communication equipment.In the optimization scheme,using a small increase in cost and greatly improve the function of the method is suggested to be in communication engineering stage of engineering design,the heat dissipation capability of the optimization of room temperature distribution of communication base station,inside the room for adjustment,so as to reduce the air conditioning equipment running time,reduce electricity costs by reducing the cost and function;the method is greatly reduced,to control the amount of communication equipment to establish communication equipment maintenance and life cycle model,to further reduce electricity equipment.When communication engineering project is being designed,it can prevent problems that may arise in operation and maintenance cost control process,and make the effect of the whole life cycle cost control of communication engineering project more obvious.
