With the rapid development of communication engineering technology,various types of communication engineering in the current market are involved in a wide range of factors,including cable construction engineering technology update and development speed is fast,involving a wide range,the construction process requires more coordination between multiple departments.Compared with the huge construction scale and the rapidly evolving technology level,the optical cable construction project has obvious instability,and the project risk tolerance is not high.At the same time,a considerable part of the project risk management in the implementation of the goal is limited to reducing costs,which is obviously difficult to adapt to the actual needs of market development,but also for the project risk management work to put forward higher standards.This requires research on the risk management issues involved in the construction of mobile communication optical cable from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the project,which can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of optical cable in the communication industry.In this paper,the status quo and problems of the risk management of communication engineering projects are studied and analyzed by using the method of literature review,the method of combining theory with practice and the analytic hierarchy process.In addition,the case study of the optical cable project currently carried out by HB company is specifically selected,and the application design is carried out.This paper firstly summarizes the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and then summarizes the whole life cycle theory and current application status;Thirdly,the paper analyzes the current management status and risk management effect of the cable construction project.Finally,put forward based on existing plans and mechanism from the whole life cycle risk management measures and implementation way,in order to make the HB company prior to the implementation of the communication engineering project riskidentification and prediction for the possible risk,for customers to provide quality engineering quality,to minimize the risks,and ultimately improve the management level of enterprise management and construction personnel and the ability of expectations. |
