Research And Implementation Of Project Management Software Based On Agile

In the current market conditions, in order to adapt changing business environment and meet customer demands, software development method has to transfer from predictability (plan-driven) to adaptive (exploration of uncertainty). In this background, this paper introduces the agile development methodology and develops a set of management software which can put process-oriented and pattern-oriented things in agile development process into software form. Unlike the traditional pattern of software development, agile development does not have a sophisticated project evaluation mechanisms, so how to design and realization of agile project management system and establish a viable management mechanisms is major work of this article.First of all, the agile development model has been studied in this paper, and with the traditional development model has been compared. Then a set of agile management of J2EE systems has been raised, including a detailed analysis of system architecture and related technology. Finally the detailed realization of exposition has been carried out in the paper, including module design, database design, report design and so on.After agile project management software finished, it has been applied to the actual software development team and has been in continuous improvement. The entire system for agile teams and project managers has a certain degree value of reference and learning.
