Since the reform and opening up,China 's rapid economic development,but at the same economic development,China is also facing a series of problems,especially given the huge challenge of emergencies caused by social and economic development.In recent years,the growing popularity of the Internet and development,to the government to bring in the process of dealing with emergencies,a new approach,but because of the new media in emergencies of public opinion to guide mechanism is not perfect,the current guidance there are still a lot of problems under the conditions of use of the correct guidance of public opinion on how the role of new media to deal with emergencies become an urgent problem.In this paper,new media,public opinion in emergencies guiding mechanism were analyzed total is divided into five parts,the first part is to introduce the current development of new media at home and abroad as well as collected on the new media to guide public opinion at home and abroad in emergencies the research for this paper analyzes the theoretical basis,while sorting out the research ideas and methods described herein provide the basis for later research.The second part of the analysis to sort out the advantages of the new media and the role of new media in emergencies,the correct understanding of the role of new media in emergencies is the basis for the development of new media to guide public opinion mechanism.The third part analyzes the role of new media to guide public opinion in emergencies,and by collecting theory,identify shortcomings of the existing new media mechanisms to guide public opinion.The fourth part is to build a new media in emergencies media guide mechanism.By drawing on previous research results,to find out the new media in emergencies media guide mechanism.The fifth part is a case study to analyze the case in Yangzhou Hue Tang petition mechanism of new media to guide public opinion problems using knowledge of public administration and government of the relevant media recommendations.The fifth part is the conclusion of the analysis are summarized above.Hope that through this analysis,the rich theoretical research related to the mechanism of public opinion to guide the new media in emergencies,while new media in emergencies to build mechanisms to guide public opinion,but also hope to be able to deal with the government and related media reference emergencies process.
