Research On The Management Of Electronic Health Records In The Field Of Knowledge Management

Electronic health records are the electronic historical records with the original,authenticity,integrity and preservation of the value of the relevant medical activities.It plays an important role in health management?disease prevention,and can provide research value for medical research.Although the electronic health records record many items and have large data storage,however,the personalization of medical activities,which determines the nature of medical activities,lies not only in data inquiry,but also in the nature of medical activities.As a result,electronic health records are difficult to cover up the lack of solutions.Knowledge management can enhance information to knowledge that has great value for user decision making through information analysis and synthesis,and realize knowledge sharing,innovation and utilization in user communication.Therefore,from the perspective of knowledge management,the knowledge management into related activities in the management of electronic health records,explore the new management mode to meet the demand of electronic health records of user knowledge,ultimately based on electronic health records,user centered "timely","place" and "person" the archives knowledge service.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background and research significance both at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of electronic health records at home and abroad and the application of knowledge management in archives management combined with literature.The second part mainly elaborates the related concepts of knowledge management and related contents of electronic health record management,and focuses on the feasibility and value of knowledge management applied in electronic health records.The third part mainly discusses the challenges facing the implementation of knowledge management in electronic health records based on three aspects of the contents,personnel and environment of electronic health record management.The fourth part is on the basis of the third part,mainly discusses the goal of knowledge management of electronic health records,and puts forward the corresponding strategies according to the existing problems at all levels:At the content level,it is necessary to improve the quality of archival data,accelerate the explicit knowledge of tacit knowledge and strengthen the dominance of explicit knowledge management;At the level of personnel,it is necessary to improve the skills of knowledge management,improve the driving force of management,and realize the change of the role of managers;At the environmental level,it is necessary to improve the ability of knowledge protection,strengthen the construction of medical service team and build a knowledge sharing and sharing environment.
