Design And Implementation Of Electronic Health Records Management System Of Residents

Resident health records is a specification process of physical and mental health,scientific records,electronic health records of residents to provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of medical institutions.As people's living standards continue to improve,people are increasingly concerned about the individual's physical health,how medical health records of residents scientific and effective management has become a matter of widespread concern.But the management of health records of residents there is a big problem is how to guarantee the completeness and correctness of archival information,the paper based on the above research and development needs of the residents of electronic health records management system.This dissertation describes the implementation process Health Record Management System,mainly preclude the use of J2EE technology,the system B/S architecture design(MVC).Using JSP + CSS technique done with the system interface design,the use of technology to control Struts2 level system for structural design,business logic written mainly using Spring technology.Successful implementation of the separation of decoupling between classes,interface layer and business logic layer,and enhance the maintainability of the code,the system preclude the use of Oracle 1 Og to complete the design of the database.The system is divided into five sub-functions:personal health records management,family health records management,health examination records management,admissions and records management consultation,two-way referral records management,each sub-function also contains their different operations and constraints.Personal health records management function is used for personal health records information management;family health records management is mainly used for family health records information management,file management functions for physical examination of the medical file information management;admissions and consultation for admissions and records management consultation archives information management;two-way referral file archives for two-way referral information management,various features include a different operation,together to complete health records of information management.System finally completed the health of residents of various business records management function of the system design and interface design,to complete the basic needs of users,and ultimately the health of residents file management,information technology,can provide a scientific basis for medical diagnosis hospital,improving the efficiency of the relevant personnel,while saving costs and ensure quality management.
