This doctoral dissertation focus on the diagnosis&Cure knowledge servicesbased on medical knowledge flow research. Under hospital Grid KMenvironment, this paper systematically introduces the module of KF, Cureknowledge’s demand visualization mode, and analyzes knowledge migrationcontrol method, discusses the Integrated scenario apperceive acquisition plotetc. we finally apply above theory and explore clinical applications towardsthose distributed, real-time knowledge sharing platform construction andinfo.system’s development in some key department of hospital. Closed to theprogram requirement, it achieved successful case study and got expectedresults in data and true judgments.Nowadays, it becomes more and more important and core process for medicalknowledge to be exchanged, transferred and supplied to patients in hospitals.It is sharing and exchanging knowledge that promotes doctors to create newmedical prescription. Each responsible hospital should regard thinkinginnovation as soul, knowing that KM is only the tools. The effectiveknowledge exchanging and positive knowledge sharing are graduallybecoming fundamental mode of group interaction within doctors and dept.organizations, forming into one of the most efficient treating way. Sharing is atypical attribute which is under ‘MedGrid’ healthcare treatments, it alsopromotes Grided KF and knowledge migration among treating expert andmass general doctors, turning into kinds of integrated scenarios. However, we know that the flowing of medical knowledge is not non-purpose, but it needs a controlling method to keep it flow and migrate inorder. Therefore, the key is the symbolization of knowledge resource and itsexpression of requirement. Firstly, this paper summarize the status of medicalknowledge service based on KM, which includes the KF models, medical KM,knowledge migration technology, treating knowledge acquisition andintegrated knowledge scenario contribution etc. Secondly, it introduces theknowledge resource space model into the process of knowledge requirementoriented clinical treatment, and describes its features, advantages andstandarded knowledge modeling language. This dissertation focus on thespecific knowledge scenario and ontology related method, which is used topromote the semantic reasoning between KF levels, collaborative rules andthe request matching based on similar, structured attributes. Thirdly, theauthor considers the features of requirement expression in MedGrid, clearifythe basic theory, classification and level of KF, difference and connectionfrom workflow; give out array representation to display knowledgerequirement, realize modeling KF elements, make it sure of the function ofKF. Here to emphasize process of dynamic KF migration and its constructionfigure. Fourthly, this paper classifies medical knowledge with differentparticle-size and mass-level treating data, case information, using knowntables to express those nonexacts or nonclear medical care knowledge so as toreduce and picking up. Applying rough set theory and technique to acquirenew healthcare knowledge, we design the rule and fomula about degree ofaccuracy, coverage and dependence, giving some supplying method plus trailoptimizations. Fifthly, paper selects knowledge service determative modelbounded to integrated clinical scenario and give out the definition, applicationand key technologies, which clearify the service ontology semanticexpression and reasoning method. Author put active recognization ability andacquisition way into individual scenario, forming structured, semi-structuredand non structured types separately. Similar evaluation and its algorithm have been given by scenario elements and attributes weight, realizing active andaccurate knowledge supply by real requirement.Finally, we have developed the prototype knowledge sharing system and aplatform which is oriented healthcare knowledge service, including severalcore controlling modules. Through one dept. clinical application in somehospital at Shanghai, the paper illustrates how to use this KF theory sharingand service systems to verify the innovations and practicability from thisproject and important theme research.
