The Design And Implementation Of Community Health Service Management System

China has gradually established residents’ health records and standardizedmanagement since2009. Although many developed cities in China are planning oralready implementing community health service management system, or even theregional management applications. Because of no unified planning the deployment ofinformation construction in the early, no unified national health records of the basicstructure and data standards, business guide, etc., resulting in a defect informationisland, lack of structural system, can’t meet the demand of comprehensive managementin today’s community health service.This thesis is based on the national policy guidance and an urgent need to usesoftware system of community health service institutions is to implement standardizedmanagement. It can satisfy the design and implementation of community health servicemanagement system application requirements, follow the unified modeling method andtechnical route. The system uses Java EE technology platform, Java programminglanguage, object-oriented design ideas, establishes a set of health service managementsystem, includes residents’ health records collection; infants health check-up and diseasescreening; maternal prenatal examination and postpartum visit; more than65-year-oldelderly care on a regular basis; Chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressuremanagement control; mental illness, disability, rehabilitation of health guidance, etc. Itcan provide the different needs of users with flexible customization and integration.This system is based on health records information data warehouse model, the overallbusiness will be divided into the foreground and background business. The formerrefers to the end user organization the orgnaization of business (individuals andinstitutions), the latter refers to management for managers.In the process of design and implementation, this system follows both theadvanced and practical principles. It considers system development needs, at the sametime, meets the requirement of community health service, effective use of existingresources, preventing repeated construction of system. It is easy to use and highlyconfigurable. It based on division of function modules and enhance reuse designthought, promoting the future value of the system. The implementation and applicationof this system will contribute to the future construction and development of the regional health system, also for disease control and prevention to provide accurate andcomprehensive decision support data.
