With the development of economy society, knowledge has gradually become an important resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. The richness and utilization level of knowledge resource is a key factor to decide the development of enterprises. To improve the enterprises competitiveness, enterprises need to improve the efficiency of utilizing knowledge resource and innovation level constantly. However, the utilization and innovation of knowledge is based on efficient knowledge acquisition. Therefore, it needs to focus on solving the problem about how to realize efficient management and acquisition in this paper.Conducting in-depth study based on the field of mechanical engineering as the research background, part knowledge as the basis and the user needs as the starting point, the enterprise database was established, the method of correlation knowledge service was proposed, knowledge service platform was developed to realize part knowledge management efficiently and facilitate enterprise knowledge acquisition and reuse which has great significance for part design and enterprise development.Firstly, constructed enterprise database, enterprise knowledge base and resource information base were included in the enterprise database which is the core of enterprise knowledge and information management, and provides important guarantee for knowledge and information management.Secondly, in order to realize standardization representation and reuse of part knowledge, the method of ontology representation was utilized to represent part design process, design knowledge, part model and process knowledge so that laying the foundation for management and acquisition of knowledge.Once again, the method of correlation knowledge service for mechanical part was designed to solve the problems such as inefficient traditional retrieval, single retrieval model, incomplete knowledge acquisition and poor initiative, and the service included the method of correlation knowledge retrieval and push. Among them, correlation knowledge retrieval method included the method of correlation knowledge retrieval based on part name, on client and on processing information.Finally, knowledge service platform of mechanical non-standard part was developed to realize knowledge management efficiently. The main function of platform is to provide knowledge management and knowledge service, information management and information service. The method of correlation knowledge retrieval and push, the method of design knowledge retrieval and the method of quotation information retrieval were integrated in the system. Through the system of platform, realizing knowledge and information management efficiently, improving the efficiency of knowledge acquisition and reuse, and playing a certain role in promoting the development of the enterprise.
