Research On Mobile Service Of University Library Based On Wechat Public Platform

In the Internet era,people pay more attention to the timeliness and interaction of information exchange between them.Through smart phones,people can easily and quickly get the information they want,which puts forward higher requirements for University libraries.WeChat is a powerful and easy-to-use communication software,which has been used by the majority of users.WeChat has great development prospects in University libraries,and university libraries have also opened WeChat Official Account one after another,providing promotional services through WeChat public platform.The emergence of WeChat applet in 2017 is a new revolution,bringing new opportunities to libraries.Because of its low threshold,low cost and high dissemination,WeChat applet has been widely welcomed by people,and has been developed one after another.Nowadays,WeChat applet is a new mobile service mode which attracts the most attention.Its service concept coincides with the core service concept of "user-centered" in the library,which brings new service modes different from those in the past.The emergence of library integrated common procedures has brought great convenience to people's inquiry and use of libraries.However,there are few self-built small procedures in University libraries,most of which are self-built small procedures in commercial libraries.The content design and management of Library WeChat applet are not mature enough.WeChat Official Account and Mini Program are Sub-platform of WeChat Public Platform.Through the introduction of WeChat mobile service,this paper investigates the use of WeChat Official Account and WeChat Mini Program in University libraries to analyze the existing problems,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
