A Study About The Evaluation Of The Wechat Public Platform Of University Library That Used By Readers

This paper adopts information entropy method to evaluate the WeChat public platform in the university library in Wuhan.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the detailed reviews research both at home and abroad,then expounds the research contents and research methods of this paper,finally introduces the innovation points in this paper.The second chapter introduces WeChat public platform in university library.Through explaining the production and function of WeChat,the paper points out the inevitability of university library WeChat public platform.,and expond the basic theory about information communication of wechat platform.The paper introduces the development and characteristics of Chinese university library WeChat public platform.The third chapter set a index system to evaluate WeChat library.First,it proposes the main principles:objective and scientific,feasible and comparable,correlative and oriented.Then it constructs a three-layer index system containing one primary indicator,five sub-indicator,16 detailed indicators.Primary indicator stands for WeChat public platform service in university library.Sub-indicators include basic service index,interface interaction index,usability index,function setting index,efficient index.Finally it introduces the research methods applied in this paper and makes a detailed explain of the evaluation procedure of the entropy method.The fourth chapter shows the survey scheme.First,it introduces the process of design and implement of questionnaire,and presents the specific questionnaire;Second,it introduces the specific methods and sample of the survey;Finally,it analyses in a statistical and descriptive way of the age,gender,college,professional,political affiliation,frequency of use of library,library WeChat public platform service condition,and draws the outline of the basic situation of the sample.The fifth chapter is the key part of this paper.First,it analyses the sample readers'evaluation of the WeChat library platform in a descriptive and statistical way from the angle of single variable;Then,it applies entropy value method to make a comprehensive and multivariate analysis of the platform and to sort the different indexes of universities;Finally,it makes a contrastive analysis of the degree of adaptability and fitting of the model.The model is found to operate well,and the conclusion is proved to be reliable.Finally,based on the above research,I make such suggestions:first,the interface interaction should be friendly and attracting.Platform interface is equivalent to person's appearance,which should be clear.Second,the platform should be more convenient for readers to use.Third,the platform function should be better improved.The basic requirements of function part include rich functions,convenient utilization,the readers'satisfaction.Meanwhile,in this paper I will look into the distance of the wechat public platform in the future,respectively from ascending the reputation of university library,promote the information construction of university library,optimize the allocation of university library resource,improve the readers' freedom of reading,and increase readers' adhesiveness to uversity library,I would like to give these few aspects to outlook wechat platform in university library.
