Investigation And Analysis Of Tweets On The WeChat Public Platform Of University Libraries In Anhui

As the current social network platform with the highest number of users,We Chat has become the preferred platform for major libraries to build microservices due to its large amount of information,strong interaction,easy operation,and wide spreading range.The establishment of a We Chat public platform in university libraries can not only meet the needs of teachers and students on campus for online services,but the tweets published by the platform also play an important role in promoting the library to a certain extent,which is conducive to attracting new readers and users and expanding the influence of the platform.Power and increase the loyalty of existing concerned users.Therefore,while college libraries continue to improve the We Chat platform services,how to plan tweet topics and publish high-quality tweets has become one of the focus and difficulty of the library's work.Based on the survey and statistics of the opening and operation of wechat public platform and the release of tweets of University Libraries in Anhui Province,this paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of wechat platform in Anhui University Libraries in terms of tweets content,and puts forward corresponding reference suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,the current research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research content and innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the current situation investigation,which investigates the opening and operation of wechat public platform of Anhui University Library and the release of tweets.The third chapter is the case analysis,which selects four universities in the top four of WCI index to carry out the reader questionnaire survey and staff interview.The fourth chapter is the current situation of wechat platform tweet in Anhui University Library,and the existing deficiencies.The fifth chapter is the cause analysis,combined with the results of the current situation research and case analysis,from five aspects of the analysis of the causes of the problem.The sixth chapter is related suggestions.According to the analysis of the shortcomings and reasons,it puts forward six suggestions:strengthening team building,creating excellent columns,strengthen user communication and release featured tweets and strengthening school cooperation.
