Research On WeChat Public Platf Orm Service In Yunnan University Libr Aries

With the continuous development of new media technologies,the needs of users have also changed,and users' reading methods have begun to shift from traditional paper-based reading to micro-fragmented reading.As a service based on mobile network,WeChat public platform has been widely spread and used in the mass community,and has become an important channel for users to exchange information.The application of WeChat public platform in university 1 ibraries has opened aconvenient door for the development of new service met hods.Through this platform,a series of digital materials such as teaching resources and book information can be updated in time,and digital literature resources in the library.Further comprehensive management will ensure the effective use of information resources by teachers,students and researchers in colleaes and universities.However,in the process of pursuing how to serve users more conveniently,we need to constantly explore better ways of development.University libraries need to keep up with the times,pay close attention to the development of technology,optimize and optimize the WeChat public platform services,realize the effective management of digital information resources of university libraries,and explore the real needs of users,thereby enhancing the use of users.Sense and utilization to achieve the best results.This paper analyzes the current status of the WeChat public platform service of university libraries in Yunnan Province through a questionnaire survey of eight university library users in Yunnan Province,combined with literature research,case analysis,network survey and interview survey.And the inadequacies,find the problems and summarize them.According to the first-hand survey data collected and the application crowd and service surface of the WeChat public platform of the university library,the author proposed a more systematic optimization strategy.Drawing on the relevant experience of the construction of WeChat public platform service in other university libraries in China,the author puts forward the idea of the construction of WeChat public platform service system of Yunnan University Library,namely basic service,resource service and expansion function.Among them,the basic services include message push and personal business processing;resource services include literature resources and multimedia resources;and expansion services include online consultation,personalized application,and platform activities.The author hopes to provide some reference and reference for the development of the WeChat public platform service of university libraries in Yunnan Province through the above optimization scheme.
