Research On Library Knowledge Service Mechanism For University Students' Innovation Team

This paper is one of the research results of the“Research on Library Service Innovation Oriented Mass Innovation Under ‘Internet+ Thinking'”(16BTQ004)which is a project of The National Social Science Fund of China.Under the new background of the popular entrepreneurship and innovation times,China advocates giving full play to the leading role of universities,improving the scientific and technological connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship,and stimulating the creative potential of innovative talents,university students' innovation team is an important part of the innovation system of universities and plays a vital role in the national innovation system.The university library is responsible for the daily teaching and research service,it is necessary to adapt to the innovation service mechanism of the times and carry out the proactive and individualized knowledge service for university students' innovation team.It has some inspiration for improving university students' innovation team,optimizing the innovation mode of university students' innovative team,and promoting the development of knowledge services for specific groups in the future.Based on the theory and thought of the knowledge service,demand driving,ontology,and information background frame,and using the method of questionnaire survey,field survey,depth interview and taking university students' innovative team as the research object,the knowledge service mechanism for university students' innovative team is systematically studied which provides a feasible suggestion and reference for the knowledge service mechanism of university students' innovative team.In this paper,the main researches on this paper include:Referred to the the definition of innovation team,define the definition of university students' innovative team in this paper,divide the stages of university students' innovative team based on the theory of innovation and characteristics of university students' innovative team,the work content and features of each stage are explained.The knowledge needs of university students' innovative team in different innovation stages was analyzed through questionnaires.Use the ontology software Protégé to construct the knowledge need system of university students' innovative team and summarizes the characteristics.This paper based on grounded theory,depth interviews and focus group were carried out for 20 samples,through the open coding,the axial coding,and theoretical saturation test,sums up 12 conceptual categories about present situation of library knowledge service for university students' innovative team.And explained in three aspects: the knowledge service level,the innovation team of university students are: cognition level and satisfaction degree of library knowledge service,Librarian knowledge service level and cognition level and satisfaction degree of library knowledge service.The information background frame is used to draw the mapping diagram of the knowledge need-service of university students' innovative team.Based on the current situation of the knowledge service,we find out the shortcomings and problems in the knowledge service of university students' innovative team.Finally proposes the construction mechanism,university students' innovation management mechanism and operation guarantee mechanism,to improve university students' innovation team efficiency,improve the quality of innovative talent training.
