Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Service Capability Of University Library Based On FAHP Method

The main targets of the University Library focus on the teachers, students and researchers. Because of different teaching and researching, different levels of depth study, these three service groups requires the University Library be able to provide efficient services to strengthen the personalized service. Our research on the university library knowledge service is in its infancy, service capabilities uneven. Based on the theoretical basics of service, the paper uses FAHP to construct the index system suitable for university library knowledge service capability evaluation. The paper chose a university library in Harbin as an evaluation study, application analysis of the evaluation system by actual case, finally get the consequence, that reported the ability of the school library Knowledge Services, and formulation of recommendations based on the results. University library Knowledge Service capacity evaluation model based on FAHP method available to other university libraries for self-assessment, intuitive understanding of their development, in order to develop Knowledge Services better.
