Under the background of the era of knowledge economy, "public entrepreneurship and innovation" plays the main theme of the strategic development of our society.With the growing demand of the public for knowledge and information, public libraries’ limited ability of information service can not adapt to the public personal,professional, ubiquitous knowledge demands. The voice and expectation of social libraries are higher and higher. It is also the common sense that the university libraries provide external services in the domestic LIS field. At the same time, ubiquitous knowledge environment has become the label of the information society. Changes of the information environment makes domestic University Library experienced the upgrade development from "traditional library" to the "new library". To embed open service into the the whole process of restructuring and development of University Library will effectively promote the innovation and development of the University Library. Meanwhile, it will promote the value of society creation. The purpose is to enhance the ability to achieve self-development and economic efficiency.Knowledge Service is a mainstream service mode built by university libraries. It is also the hot issue of LIS field theory research. Expanding knowledge service pattern structure to achieve social inclusion of users will greatly promote the development of the University Library socialized service. This research will base on this idea, which regards knowledge life cycle theory as the theoretical model. Based on users’ demands to construct the social University Library knowledge service mode.Specific researches are divided into the following six sections:The first chapter is the introduction. It describes the background and significance of this study. From two aspects of Social Service of University Library and Knowledge Services. Domestic and foreign status will be combed. This chapter also concludes the research ideas, content and research methods. The second chapter introduces the related concepts about the university socialization library knowledge service. It also briefly discusses the theoretical foundation of its construction. Next comes to the third chapter. The knowledge service effectiveness will be investigated and analysed in this part. The content and service pattern are taken as the breakthrough point. IT investigates from the socialization of university library knowledge service status and social users demand. Based on this two respects, itrepresents knowledge life cycle theory of socialization of university library knowledge service, hierarchy model are put forward.Chapter IV on this article theoretical Research and investigation of the social part of the College Library knowledge service level model: the public learning space mode, secondary research service model, service model innovation support three modes of mutualism, linkage run each serve different levels of knowledge of the needs of the user community in addition, a brief analysis of the socialization of knowledge through service practice demonstration mode can be supplemented by practical Jiangsu University Library; the principle of knowledge for social services from the library Chapter V mode and security policy aspects discussed herein constructed realize mode; Chapter 6 is the conclusion part. It mainly concludes innovative points, inadequate research and vision for the future existence of relevant studies.
