The construction and popularization of rural communication network is known as universal service.Currently,China's rural universal service project is undertaken by several operators.In recent years,China continued to deepen and promote the city network and the all?optical network construction.In contrast,the rural network construction is seriously lagging behind.At present,the research focus of rural universal service,which is the research object of our country,is mainly the research of policy and economy.How to use the mature technology combination,the lowest cost,the smallest market interference and the lightest financial burden to implement the rural universal service which is suitable for the national conditions of our country is an important subject in front of us.The contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Analyze and compare the existing access network technology,and research the network design and engineering implementation method that is suitable for China's rural universal service engineering.(2)According to the practical situation of universal service engineering in the village of Bai Dao an,Laiyuan County,Baoding,the factors such as the remote rural access network technology and the cost of building network are studied,and the network design topology suitable for the remote rural universal service is given.(3)Analyze the problems existing in the construction,analyze the cause of the network packet loss and the decomposition diagram of the packet loss rate,and give the threshold for the equipment expansion of the various layers of China's rural universal service engineering.(4)Combined with the problems encountered in the design and construction of universal service engineering,the corresponding solutions to actual projects are given.
