First of all, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic, research status at home and optical access network and GPON technology in the present; and the related theories of the optical broadband access network is introduced, including GPON technology concept, technical characteristics, the basic structure and working principle of the network and so on, according to their understanding, realizing the necessity of the GPON technology applied to broadband access network; Again This paper introduces the status of mobile broadband access of Lin Xia from four aspects including resources situation, the regional status quo analysis, business requirements, user analysis and recommends the constructional strategy of Lin Xia mobile consisting of the city, township, rural in the present. This paper also introduces the network construction of GPON in Lin Xia Mobile from the two aspects of network construction planning and network configuration planning this paper takes the broadband access case of fragrance garden residential area in democratic west road case an example,introduces the background of the the fragrant garden area, the content of constructing network based on GPON from four aspects of the construction plan, route plan such as access to the pipeline, integrated wiring, optical cable wiring and wiring equipment, the selection of engineering equipment,investment estimation and benefit analysis, proves the rationality of the networking, and suggests that GPON plays an advantage position in the broadband access network; Finally, summarizes the main content of this thesis, and solves the need for the existing problems of GPON expectation.
