Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of the global economic integration,the competition is becoming fiercer,the ability of responding to the market competition and enterprising to participate in it,depends most on the production level and efficiency of the industrial production workshop.Therefor,to solve the problem in manufacturing process of the enterprise,or to avoid the chaos in production process,the best way is production cycle balancing design for each unit of production line.In this context,this topic took our purchase of pure water filling production line as the object,to carry on the practice research of production line balancing problem.First of all,the composition of bottled pure water filling production line,analyzed function of each unit and the work flow,laid the foundation for the optimization of the cycle balancing of production line.Secondly,through analyzing the operation to the pure water filling production line,studied on the existing problem that rhythm control is unbalanced and fault can not be quickly repaired,measured the actual operation cycle time and the theoretical production efficiency and actual target gap by calculating the theoretical cycle time and theoretical production efficiency,and equipment actual condition.Designed and demonstrated to the cycle time optimization of the production line,according to the design scheme,retrofited the mechanical parts and electrical connection for the workstations in the bottled pure water filling production line,adjusted some related components to increase the speed of the longest cycle time station in the production line,balanced the cycle time of each workstation,improved the quality level of production line assembly.And then,According to the reasonable process after modifying the production line,designed PLC networked control system,Planed communication data format,allocated PLC address,set the parameter of frequency converter,modified the control program of each unit,designed the monitoring interface of control system through the touch screen configuration.At last,measured after the transformation of pure water filling production line,measured the operation time of each production link repeatedly,statistical analyzed the production line balance rate,and found good effects to the cycle balancing in pure water filling production line.
