This paper takes A company as an example and A company is a big size private enterprise.Along with the decrease of the total amount and increasing of demand of individuation of Note-book computer year by year,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In order to survive in the fierce market competition,Company A need to keep improving productivity and to change its existing traditional production model.Lean production management mode was born in Japan,is from Japanese Toyoya automobile making company.Toyota corporation developed rapidly and won the international market competition by Lean production management mode application.Other scholars and national enterprises began to study and practice the Lean production management mode,lean production model has been gradually expanded from the application of automobile field to many fields.The biggest difference between lean production and traditional management production is that lean production is not just a single focus on the production itself.Emphasis is also placed on product development,material requirements planning,logistics design,workshop layout,production process analysis,fast switching lines and cooperation among functional departments.Lean production mode improves and optimizes the various links of the enterprise in a comprehensive and systematic way,and minimizes all kinds of waste existing in the production link of the enterprise.Industrial Engineer(IE)is a comprehensive discipline that began to appear in the United States at the beginning of the 20 th century and swept the world.The subject of industrial engineering is a complex operating system consisting of personnel,equipment,information,material components and energy and environmental operations.It also analyzes,designs and improves the study subject by knowledge and methods of management,engineering,economics,psychology and humanities.5W1 H is a common questioning technique and ECRS and principle of action economy used in industrial engineering.This paper takes A company as an example,to improve production efficiency,company A has set up different improvement groups and corresponding improvement targets for different improvement projects.Each improvement team analyzes the current production situation and finds out the problem point of various factors affecting production efficiency,using lean production theory and industrial engineering knowledge to formulate the corresponding production efficiency improvement program.1)Eliminating unnecessary inventory in intermediate links to reduce inventory and storage area.Optimizing the layout of the workshop to minimize the logistics line,shortening the production and processing cycle of products.Improving the layout of the interior line body in the workshop,so that the material flow line in the workshop can be more unobstructed.Integrating warehouse delivery logistics and material loading logistics in workshop and clarifying the work responsibilities of logistics personnel to improve the working saturation and efficiency of logistics personnel.2)By means of man-hour analysis,man-machine analysis,ECRS improvement principle and action economy principle to improve the line balance and to reduce the working intensity of operators.3)By using SEMD fast switching line method,the internal job is transformed into an external job,and the internal job time is shortened and the external working time is optimized to reduce the man-hour loss of the production line when switching the line.4)Improving workshop 5S to increase the working environment comfort and work efficiency of production.5)Improving the product quality control system to reduce the rate of production defects,enhance the quality awareness of the staff,and augment the quality of the rapid handling of abnormal capacity.6)The establishment of incentive policies can better play the enthusiasm of the staff,conducive to the improvement of production efficiency.The implementation of the above improvement program effectively improves the production efficiency of Company A.
