Research On Project Management Of HA Unicom Local Transmission Network Construction

Based on the project management theory,this article combines with the characteristics of communication engineering construction,take the Huaian Unicom local transmission network construction project as an example,This paper describes the project organization,project schedule and project quality management,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions and solutions.This paper introduces not only the concept,definition and basic theory of project management but summarizes the research results of project management both at home and abroad.What's more,this paper shows the general situation of Huaian Unicom local transmission network construction project,including the present situation of the local transmission network,the analysis of the problems in the current situation and the systematic construction scheme of the project.From Chapter4,this paper presents the structure and function of project management organization,which follows a multi-sector and multi-level traditional management mode,analyzing the drawbacks and problems by the division of tasks and proposing a new organizational structure for optimization and adjustment.And then it begins to explain how to carry out schedule and quality management.In terms of Project progress management,through combing difficult point of the project,the paper puts forward the principle of project construction,combining with the overall project schedule to prepare the project schedule,and using the Gantt chart comparison method and critical chain analysis to optimize the project progress control plan.On the other hand,comparing the differences between project implementation progress and schedule to find the lagging link,and taking measures to ensure the progress of the project management.In the aspect of project quality management,it determines clear quality objectives and policies,establishes quality assurance system,and use the three stage quality control principle to decompose quality control objectives.In this way,we can get the key points of quality control in the course,beforehand and afterwards,and at last we can put forward the effective control measures.From the perspective of the theory of project management in communication engineeringconstruction,this paper analyzes the current situations of Huaian Unicom project management engineering construction of local network transmission,providing the actual operation cases for enterprises.Last but not least,research results have certain reference significance for the future of enterprise communication engineering project management.
