| Because of the complex and bad environment under the mine,deep mine tunnel,insufficient light,and if the concentration of gas,methane,dust in the air exceeds the standard,it is easy to explode,resulting in serious mine accidents.It is obviously important to set up a real-time monitoring system of mine working environment in the construction of mine safety information,but the light under mine is weak and has a serious impact on video collection.Besides,the video captured by the existing mine camera can no longer meet the human eye's requirements for HD video.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design a camera equipment that not only meets the safety requirements of National mining products but also collects high-definition video under low illumination.In order to capture high-definition video images in low illumination environment,this paper designs a mine-based network camera device.The equipment of this paper is based on the"Low Illuminance Video Acquisition for Mining",which is bare plate studied by the president and improves its function.The equipment of the paper has been certified by the National Mine Product Safety Mark Center(Certificate Name:KBA 12 Mine Nature Safety Network Camera).The design basis of the equipment is composed of power supply unit,video acquisition unit,LED light compensation unit and core processing unit.In order to improve the function,this paper designed the light intensity detection unit,laser light compensation unit,optical fiber transceiver unit,voice intercom unit and stainless steel shell.The equipment is 35cm long,15cm wide,11.3 cm high and the total weight 4.5 kg.Compared with the traditional explosion-proof camera,the equipment is easy to install and maintain.The laser replacement unit uses a single 940nm infrared laser diode as the light source,compared with the traditional infrared LED light,there is no red abuse,and it has better concealment.The power supply voltage of the equipment is 12V,the normal operating current is less than 1A,and the total power is less than 10W.Compared with the traditional mine camera operating voltage of 12.5 V and 1.3 A operating current,the rated power is effectively reduced,thus reducing the energy consumption per unit time.The equivalent capacitance of the power supply unit exceeds the standard and is redesigned.Adding the voice speaking unit of the device can meet the real-time communication needs of operators.With the addition of optical fiber cell,video data transmission can be selected between Ethernet and optical fiber,which can meet different transmission distance requirements.The equipment meets the requirements of low power consumption,low current and essential safety standards,and realizes video acquisition under different light intensity of day/night.At the same time,the video information is transmitted,displayed and saved in real time.The experiment shows that the equipment can be used to collect,process and transmit video in low illumination environment,which has certain practical value and research meaning. |
