Research On The Construction Of Public Library Service System

With the official implementation of the People's Republic of China Public Library Law(hereinafter referred to as the public library law)in January 1,2018,the public library industry in China has a great historical opportunity to develop.It is the first special law in our country to regulate the public cultural field at the national level.It covers the global strategic planning closely related to the development of public libraries,such as the standardization of the construction of public libraries,the corporate governance structure,the construction of the general library system and so on.The blueprint for the development of Public Libraries in China will shoulder the important task of building a socialist cultural power in China.For this reason,the public library service system,which is the "sharp soldier" as the public cultural undertakings,is an important part of the national culture development strategy,and becomes the most important part of the construction of the public culture service system.Guangzhou library,one of the largest urban libraries in the country,is located in the core area of the CBD of the Pearl River New Town in Guangzhou.Its public cultural service has a very wide influence.It is the window of the public cultural service in Guangzhou and Southern China.This article takes the Guangzhou library service system as the research object.The first part expounds the research background,the significance and the research status of the literature at home and abroad.The second part discusses the concept and connotation of the public library service system,including the definition,the connotation elements of the public library service system,and the research of the paper.The third part generalizes and analyzes the overall situation of the construction of Guangzhou library service system,and analyzes the policy environment,facilities condition,collection resources,service items and operation management of Guangzhou Library in depth,and the fourth part summarizes the existence of Guangzhou library service system construction process.The main problems,such as the existence of the weakening of traditional services,imperfect corporate governance structure,performance evaluation efficiency,and so on;the fifth part has targeted countermeasures to solve the problem.
