Research On The Construction Of The Public Library Service System In Zengcheng District Of Guangzhou

With the implementation of Public Library Law of the people's Republic of China and regulations of Guangzhou public library,the construction of "Guangzhou Library City" with Guangzhou Library as the center is in progress,Zengcheng as the sub center of Guangzhou City,and the construction of public library service system has become a scale.Taking the public library service system of Zengcheng District of Guangzhou as the research object,this paper investigates the construction of the public library service system based on the general and branch library system of Zengcheng District,and analyzes the present situation of the construction of the service system from the aspects of the construction of facilities and equipment,the situation of collection resources,the content of service projects,the degree of operation and management,and the satisfaction of service Form.At the same time,from the aspects of government,library and readers,the paper makes interviews and questionnaires,finds out the main difficulties faced by the development of Zengcheng district public library service system,and analyzes the causes and main obstacles.Then based on the theory of new public service and multi center governance,combined with the Enlightenment of the construction of public library service system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of scientific development concept,hoping to provide reference for the construction of public library system in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City,so as to improve the overall service capacity of Public Library in Zengcheng district.
