As Chinese enterprises go out of the country and become increasingly integrated into the global economic integration process,speed have become the important means to strengthen their competitive ability and seize the market,and how to quickly transform the clues into effective projects has also become the key direction of the research of many enterprises.Delivery project is a series of orderly business activities set by F company in order to meet Customers' needs under limited time and resources.Compared with general project management,it emphasizesthe control of time and cost and the coordination between cross-functional business links.This article discusses the practice experience of F company in cross functional delivery projectinformatization,combining with multi-field management knowledge,to seek through effective means of project management information technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation.First of all,this article analyzes the current situation of F company in the current cross functional delivery projects,and the specific problems are reflected in thefollowing aspects:the information transmission distortion;the functional barriers;the lack of unified planning of information;lack of control on project progress;lack of risk preparedness;lack of case reserve;and the difficulty of forming knowledge iteration;staff motivation is not strongand so on.In view of the above problems,since 2016 F company has promoted the LTC delivery project management mode.Up to now,the system has basically covered three front-line sales platforms,technical service companies and all business Units.Then,from the two aspects of enterprise informatization construction: 1)LTC full service delivery process reengineering;2)LTC project management information system building.Based on the theory of project management lifecycle,We analyzethe role played by the six stages of LTC module,andforme the overall framework of the system.With the theory of PMBOK,business process reengineering,market analysis and so on,We analyze the operation of each module in detail,and find out deficiencies in management.Subsequently,the project team building and performance management related knowledge were used to evaluate the project team building and project member performance traction.Finally,with quantitative indicators and actual cases,we summarize the results of the implementation of the LTC project and the lack of management,and put forward suggestions to improve the continuous optimization of the follow-up system.
