Research On Electronic Accounting File Management Informatization Of A Company

With the development of emerging technologies,digitalization and intellectualization will become the mainstream direction of the future development.It is the general trend for enterprises to implement the information management of electronic archives.Compared with the traditional paper-based management,the electronic management of accounting archives has greatly improved the level of enterprise information management and enterprise information sharing.Therefore,how to improve the informatization level of enterprise accounting file management,promote the quality and efficiency of file work,and promote the construction of enterprise accounting informatization become more and more critical.It is found that the informatization reform of accounting archives management can significantly reduce the cost of enterprise management,improve the efficiency of financial management,realize the intelligent sharing of accounting information,and promote the standardization of enterprise archives management.Based on the above research,this paper chooses enterprise a as the case study object,takes the whole life cycle management theory and process reengineering theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the literature research method and case analysis method to study the accounting archives management process of A company.According to the business process of accounting file management,this paper studies the current situation of accounting file management of a company,and analyzes some problems existing in accounting file management of a company: the paper file management cost is too high,the file management has great risks,the accounting file can not realize intelligent sharing,and the existing system can not meet the electronic requirements.In view of the above problems,this paper designs an accounting file management system based on financial sharing service according to the situation of a company.Firstly,the scope and principles of accounting archives filing are determined,and the functional and non functional requirements of accounting archives management system are analyzed under the guidance of process reengineering.Secondly,the archives management process is analyzed based on the whole life cycle online management theory,and the overall scheme of archives management including "making,storing and checking" is determined,according to the different types of accounting archives Finally,the system is designed in detail from the overall application architecture,technical architecture,integration scheme and deployment scheme,and functional modules.In addition,this paper combs the implementation route of the system online,and analyzes the effect of the system online.The research shows that the information management of accounting archives is helpful to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and promote the standardized and professional development of financial electronic archives,which has positive practical significance.
