The Research On Management Informatization Of XX Terminal Company

The economic globalization and the knowledge economy,has brought new challenges and opportunities for the company's management.Under the guidance of the enterprise information management theory,this paper studied the information construction of XX clothing company.Firstly,the paper studied the environment and situation of XX company informatization to find the questions.Due to the insufficient understanding of informationization,the lack of information,the lack of specialized information department and management informationization talented person.There are a series questions in management informationization of XX company,such as information resource utilization,information communication difficulties,difficult to meet the needs of marketing.The biggest demand of XX company for informationization comes from the marketing and management.Then this paper made the informatization overall scheme which includes the goal and the principle,system structure,operation mode;In order to realize the overall scheme,the paper discussed the preparation,security factors,function module realization;Chapter seven introduced the evaluation of informatization from the tagger and principle,method and index.results and improve suggestions.The ERP,SCM,CRM system,as the main contribution of this paper,was applied to Internal and external information integration.Through this research,We hope to improve the information management status of XX company and guide the informatization of same type enterprises.
