Along with the deep development of market economy,the rapid popularization of information science,of the original enterprise contract management mode gradually began to can't meet the demand of high speed work today.The popularization of contract management informatization is more and more important in enterprise management.X company belongs to large enterprises in the field of aerospace manufacturing,the company's business involving more than 80 professional category,the company a total of more than 240 jobs,the company's total number of large,complex internal department organization and business,and the big wave of global information development,the original traditional way contract management increasingly highlight does not match with the market economy development speed,manual contract management approval process often takes longer,company between various departments circulation is not smooth,management problems,posed a risk to the benign development of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the problems caused by the existing traditional contract management mode of X company,summarizes and summarizes the problems,and finds out the reasons for the problems in the company's contract management.Through the analysis of the problems,find the breakthrough to solve the problems,combined with the future business development strategy of X company,make a new contract management plan for X company.Firstly,in terms of management mode,the traditional contract management mode is transformed into information-based management,contract information is transmitted electronically,and contract management work of management staff is basically operated through the system platform,so as to achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency and strengthening risk control.Second,formulation,revision,further improve the system of contract management of X company and norms,strengthen the internal control of the company,to optimize the integration of the company's contract management,to achieve the company's management more timely,accurate and comprehensive grasp the dynamic contract management information,reduce the risk of contract management bring to the company withthe loss.In addition,in terms of personnel management,X company's contract management personnel are trained with professional skills on a regular and irregular basis.The training contents mainly include: national laws and regulations,company management methods,operation of the new system platform,etc.,so as to cultivate professional management personnel and enhance the company's contract management ability.Finally,in the contract information solutions in the process of the implementation of the X company,tracking feedback and solve the problems in the actual management process,and the scheme of the measures for the management,contract management process,the operating system platform perfect improvements such as content,to achieve goals to reduce management costs,in the company to make business decisions can provide powerful data analysis,improve the work ability of the company operations management.
