Research On A Secure Management Information System For Technology Inovation Administration Of A Company

The research center of x company is the key department of an enterprise,which is mainly engaged in the research of enterprise core technology and the technology is managed in the form of research projects.The technical documentation of a company involves more technical secrets of the enterprise.As research projects increase,project management becomes more difficult,and the efficiency and quality of scientific research will not be guaranteed through traditional manual management.The distributed storage of electronic documents of scientific research projects leads to low sharing of information between departments,which can easily form information island.Howerver,because of the particularity of scientific research work,the research project will produce a large amount of classified information and experimental data,and the introduction of informationization technology for project management will make it more difficult to manage the security management of scientific research institutions.Therefore,how to implement the informatization management of the research project under a secret environment is of great significance to the research institution of enterprise information construction.This thesis use the research center of a company as the research object,and in view of technology innovation project management issues in the management of secrecy and project management,and designs the technology innovation and security management information system which combine security management with technology innovation project management by fully exploring enterprise demands,then analyse and implement the main functions of technology innovation project management module.The main work of this thesis is as flows:(1)According to the existing problems of the research center and the requirements analysis,come up with the overall solution of the technology innovation and security management system.(2)Based on the technology innovation management subsystem solution,carry out the detailed functional design and database design of the subsystem.(3)Design the system integration solution of the two subsystems,and come up with an unified authentication solution under the B/S and C/S heterogeneous software architecture pattern.(4)Adopting techniques such as Java and C#programming,Webservice and other technologies,implement the function which designed in previous step,and complete the data integration and the unified authentication of the two subsystems.(5)Through the part to conduct a comprehensive test of system implementation,and modify the system bug which generated during the development process,ensure the normal operation of implementation modules in the pilot run phase.The technology innovation security management system designed in this thesis improves the security environment of the research center during the pilot run phase,and implemented the informatization management of science and technology innovation project,guaranteed the security of informationization management of scientific and technological innovation projects,avoiding the security problems caused by the introduction of information technology,improved the management level of the research center's science and technology innovation program.
