With the development of new media,the news production is characterized by "rapid production","fragmentation" and "mass".The undulating network public opinion makes the pattern of public opinion have a new evolution.The public can publish information,express opinions,participate in and discuss public events via the Internet,and the Internet has gradually evolve d into a kind.The phenomenon is quite rich in Chinese characteristics.Under such a background,the phenomenon of public opinion reversion is constantly emerging in the public view.Although the public opinion reversion is not the norm in the news field,this trend is becoming more and more intense.A survey of the current research literature on the phenomenon of public opinion reversion is limited to the analysis of its characteristics,causes and hazards from the perspective of communication.But this is the new media as a context,attempts to use the theory of public opinion,the Luo Yixiao event as the main case,the use of case study,content analysis and other methods,to explore the occurrence of the event sequence of events,by combing,causes furth er exploration for the child is father of the man,the reversal of the public opinion,focuses on the analysis of existing public opinion the reversal phenomenon of law,summed up the impact of public opinion that the reversal phenomenon and Its Revelation to us.Besides,combing the public opinion reversion phenomenon through the social background,it has intuitive and realistic guiding significance in solving the social problems behind it.
