The news public opinion work symposium has made important deployment for both the reporter and the department to do a better job under the new situation.In recent years,the reversal phenomenon of public opinion happens frequently.This study was to find out why the public opinion reversals in the social media environment,to see how it works to the public and the social development,then come out some corresponding solution strategies to provide a reference for building a positive rational public opinion.This research was started with the literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and content analysis method.The research foundation was built with the literature research method and the common cause was find out by the inventory of these two years' public opinion inversion case and case study of the "Luo Yixiao event".It shows that the event parties,the media and the public are the three influence factors of the reversal phenomenon.When it on its way to find out the truth,to promote the rational and normative systems and mechanisms,it may also slander the event parties,distract the social attention and damage the media credibility at the same time.It suggests that to avoid the adverse effects caused by the public opinion inversion and build a health rational opinion system,we can start from these three aspects,the people,the government and the media.It means that the people should consciously promote their media literacy,the government should establish an official expression mechanism and the media should strengthen its responsibility.
