Purchasing Management System In ERP Oriented On Industrial 4.0

In 2007,the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system based on the C/S architecture deployed at Anhui Masteel Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.had the disadvantages of large workload of client maintenance and bussiness is limited to the intranet,etc.With the introduction of concepts such as Industry 4.0 and Internet plus,China puts forward the concept of “Made in China 2025” and hopes that the company will run more and more intelligently and realize the Internet of Everything,existing ERP can no longer meet the needs of the smart upgrade of manufacturing industries.It is imperative to upgrade and replace.Purchasing management is an important part of ERP system,using object-oriented method and MVC design pattern to upgrade the original C/S architecture of purchasing management system of the Anhui Masteel Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.to the B/S architecture.The entire system is decomposed into three layers: the Data access layer,the Business Logic Layer,and the User Interface layer.This article mainly does two aspects of work:1)Upgrade existing functions: the main functions include material planning,plan summary,buyer assignment,purchase order formulation,purchase price comparison,purchase pre-acquisition,purchasing contract management,delivery management,warehouse management and corresponding backstage management functions.2)In combination with the Internet+,the information interaction is extended to upstream suppliers in the supply chain.Suppliers can see information such as purchase requirements,supply schedules,and financial returns through the Internet.The system has been put into use in Anhui Masteel Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,which reflects good.
