Research On Productive Plan Management System Supply Chain Oriented For Textile & Garment Industry

Supply Chain is a chain link by link that from raw materials and parts purchase, transportation, processing and manufacturing, distribute to clients, it extends the production activities of enterprise 。 The basic idea of supply chain management is a integrated management towards enterprise's supply chain with a systematic approach in order to make the whole supply chain be coordination so that it can avoid or reduce the delays and waste between supply chain links, and reduce the uncertainty and risk of supply chain。 Production plans management is an important link in supply chain, it through developing and managing production plans can track the implementation of the plan , keep the plan under dynamic adjustment, and ensure that the enterprise control production situation at any moment, and keep the supply chain smooth, reduce their internal consumption and production costs, it occupies an important position in the ERP system in the enterprise。This paper introduces the application background of Productive Plan Management System (PPM) in corporation and the plan management system under ERP management mode, it makes out the significance to enhance the plan management system in modern enterprise, and it analyses the requirement status of the system step by step. It researches the PPM of textile & garment industry according to it's specialty, and it divides sub-productive plan management System into 4 modules from the view of Supply Chain Management (SCM): Master Production Scheduling module, Material Requirement Planning module, Capacity Requirements Planning module and Execute Material Requirement Planning module, these modules arrange the production and stock activities of slopwork department, dyeing department, knitting department and stock department to configure the resources and increase the corporation's benefit.According to the method of Object Oriented and the actual requirement of the system, it abides by 4 principles when design the system structure, and it divides the system into 3 parts: user interface, logic dispose and datum management, and it designed user object and data object, introduce the structure as a whole. User object and data object are the base of the system's structure, the paper also introduce the organize and manage mode of objects.It adopt B/S structure and ASP.NET and SQL Server database to realize the system, so it can be extended conveniently. The 4 modules of the system have 4 primary functions; it can draw 4 sub-plans, which make up of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MPS harmonize and programming the whole productive process. Finally, it sum up all the work simply and point out the insufficiency, and prospect the work in future.
