Design And Implementation Of Purchasing-selling- Stock System For Small And Medium-sized Equipment Manufacturing Industry

China's small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing industry is in the low degree of informatization in supply chain. The traditional product mode oriented by production has been difficult to meet customer demand for personalized and fast changing characteristics. Starting from these aspects, the thesis put forward the design and implementation of purchasing-selling- stock management system based on Web, and the implementation of order management module based on order –driven-production,which has effectively improved the efficiency of the supply chain management of small and medium- sized equipment manufacturing industry.The system is a purchasing- selling-stock management information system using the B/S structure, According to the software engineering methods, at first we completed the business needs analysis of system, and the overall system design according to the characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry and combined with the T company. Then the thesis has designed the system in detail by dividing the system into the logining module, the system settings module, order management module, inventory management module, transportation management module and some other ten function modules, including the IPO and the database design. And the system has realized the synchronization between purchasing- selling- stock management system and the existing PDM system, and the establishment of supply chain management information system of enterprise production driven by orders. Finally, the thesis gives the method of implementation of the login module, privilege management module, order management module, inventory management module.The system, design and implementation based on Web, has solved problem of real-time information sharing among the remote management of the main members, while the rich client technology of Ext JS has eased the pressure on the server. The system has achieved the order management module based on the idea of order-driven, customers can be online to modify the configuration information of the product, after the checking of the configuration, manufacturers can produce based on requirement of the configuration, which enable the manufacturers to quickly meet customers' demand in the case of zero inventory.
