Optimal Strategy Of Material Purchasing Management In SC Company

In twenty-first Century,the supply chain management is a hot field of domestic and foreign scholars and entrepreneurs.Purchasing management,as a part of supply chain management,has the extremely important influence on maintaining the normal operation of the whole society and enterprises.Purchasing behavior directly affects the process of enterprise production and comprehensive benefit,Efficient purchasing behavior is the key factor to build the core competitiveness of enterprises,also known as “the third profit source of enterprises ".SC company is a traditional electronic industry company under fierce competition environment and material cost pressure greatly.The promotion of purchasing management can increase company profits.This thesis based on supply chain management and procurement management theory.It systematically analyzes the existing problems in SC company such as the organization of purchasing department and the status of supplier management and inventory management.And targeted procurement optimization strategy is proposed based on the supply chain environment: one is the procurement organization structure optimization,the second is purchasing process system optimization;Three is to establish a coordinated supplier management system;Fourth,VMI inventory management optimization.ASME analysis method and the Kraljic model is applied in this thesis.The methods of theory with practice is applied to the management practices of SC company.It can help enterprises to establish a stable and sustainable development of the supply chain.In the process of optimization strategy implementation,SC company get some improvement such as the cost reduction of material purchasing,the lead time shorten of material,the reduction of material inventory cost,the satification of customer demand.It have improved the level of the SC company material management to guaranteed the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.
