Research And Application Of Enterprise Material Collaborative Management Platform Based On Supply Chain

With the development of the times,Great changes have taken place in the business environment.Using advanced management methods and information technology to improve management level has become an inevitable choice for modern enterprises.As an advanced management concept,supply chain emphasizes that enterprises can realize all-round management and control of logistics through e-commerce platform,so as to reduce logistics costs.Material is in the upstream of the enterprise supply chain,the level of material management is directly related to the production and operation of enterprises and cost-effectiveness.Therefore,under the current environment,first of all,the information system for managing materials can no longer stay in the previous internal business system,but should be a scalable,internal and external collaborative work platform.Secondly,it can no longer stay in a simple software system,but should be combined with hardware handheld terminals,so that the use of the system is more convenient and intelligent.According to the analysis of the current common problems in the material management of energy and chemical enterprises,this paper studies the establishment of a material co-management platform which integrates e-commerce procurement and digital storage by using supply chain management theory(SCM)and computer software and hardware technologies such as Web development and bar code.On the whole,this paper studies the characteristics of purchasing and warehousing business modules of the collaborative material management platform under the supply chain envirornment,and establishes the overall logic model of the platform based on the analysis of its main business processes.As regards of the implementation,this paper designsthe technical framework and the overall module structure of the platform firstly,then the module structure and database of purchasing and warehousing system were designed respectively.The software system of material collaborative management platform is implemented by using Java language and Oracle database tool.Finally,the deployment structure and the application effect of the platform are described in the context of a chemical enterprise.The application shows that the platform can meet the daily needs of enterprise material management business and has certain popularization and application value.
