At the moment,Express Hotels have become the preferred type of hotel for business travelers,white-collar workers,self-paying tourists,and student groups.The domestic express hotels also occupy a large number of hotel industry markets.Nowadays,in most cases,the demand for other entertainment facilities of ordinary hotels is low,and the express hotel meets the ordinary accommodation needs.Compared with star hotels,bed and breakfasts,and hot spring hotels,the biggest feature is High cost performance.Competitive intelligence,as an important tool and tool in enterprise management,has been applied to all walks of life on a large scale and has provided strong support for companies from all walks of life to enhance their competitiveness and economic benefits.However,through the investigation of the hotel industry in Kunming and the analysis of the literature,it has been found that the research and application of competitive intelligence in the hotel industry are few.This article will try to apply the theory of competitive intelligence to the fast hotel industry in Kunming.This article focuses on the research of Kunming Express Hotel Industry Competitive Intelligence from three aspects of the industry's competitors,competitive environment,and competition strategy.It mainly discusses the current problems faced by the hotel industry in Kunming and the future competition strategy.The following steps are mainly used to elaborate the competitive intelligence of Kunming Express Hotel: First,on the basis of consulting a large amount of literature and literature,analyze the research status of the domestic and international fast hotel industry,and conduct field surveys of several express hotels in Kunming.The customer and the Express Hotel conduct surveys.Second,starting from the background and significance of the thesis,the current development situation of the Kunming Express Hotel Industry is introduced.When questionnaires and field surveys are distributed on the Internet,the customers are interviewed on the questions in the survey.Survey;again,combined with the results of the survey questionnaire and on-site investigation of the hotel's conclusions,analyzes the needs of the Kunming Express Hotel Industrial Competitive Intelligence,and put forward the study of this paper on the practical significance of the Kunming Express Hotel Industry;again,using PEST analysis Based on the five-force model of France and Porter and the results of the questionnaire survey,the competition environment,competitors and competitive strategies of the hotel industry in Kunming are analyzed.Finally,the analysis of competition intelligence of the express hotel industry in Kunming is summarized.
