Research On The Construction Of The Cultivation System Of Competitive Intelligence Capability Under The Environment Of "Internet +"

Competitive intelligence is CI.In the 1980 s,the United States,Japan,Europe and other regions have set up all kinds of competitive intelligence organization,China has competitive intelligence work since 1994.In recent years,with the wave of market development,the enterprises competitive relationship more and more nervous.A large number of enterprises pay attention to competitive intelligence,good capability of collecting competitive intelligence can also be quickly to help enterprises understand the competitors,therefore,the importance of enterprise competitive intelligence are rapidly increasing.After entering the “Internet+” era,Internet of Things,Big Data,Cloud Computing,Mobile Internet and other new technologies appear unceasingly,enterprise competition intelligence tasks are assigned to each employee,The significance of enterprise competitive intelligence is becoming increasingly obvious.With the rapidly rising of digital information resources environment,how to integrate the enterprise elements for competitive intelligence activities,how to get information quickly and effectively with the help of emerging technologies,and how to make use of the employee's personal ability to obtain competitive intelligence has become the difficult problem of enterprise competitive intelligence development.Based on the above issues,the author build the Cultivation System of Competitive Intelligence Capability under the Environment of “Internet +”,this system can as much as possible to mobilize the enterprise internal and external resources of competitive intelligence activities,all elements to fully play the role of enterprise competitive intelligence to help the enterprise competitive intelligence activities going on smoothly and encourage the enterprises maintain the competitive advantage.First,this paper analyzed the enterprise competitive intelligence new characteristic with the“Internet+” environment,based on the analysis,this paper make sure the cultivation system of competitive intelligence capability necessity and feasibility,then combined the influence factors of enterprise competitive intelligence capability with “Internet+” environment,and constructed the cultivation system model of competitive intelligence capability.In this part the author researched the internal promotion elements and external integration elements in detail,with thecombination of internal and external elements to improved the enterprise competitive intelligence,and helpd the enterprise competitive intelligence activities proceed smoothly.In addition,in order to protected the cultivation system of competitive intelligence capability run efficiently,this paper has constructed an operation guarantee mechanism,this mechanism included the trust mechanism,information communication mechanism,technology and security protection mechanism,feedback and improved mechanism,to helpd the application of enterprise competitive intelligence ability,and promoting the operation of enterprise competitive intelligence activities.Finally,this paper research the problem with use the construction of the cultivation system of competitive intelligence capability under the environment of “Internet +”.From the policies and regulations,management system,process,technology,enterprise culture,and employee team six parts to helpd the cultivation system of competitive intelligence capability,played a positive role in the enterprise competitive intelligence activities.The paper has a certain guiding significance to the establishment of the cultivation system of competitive intelligence capability.Through this system,provided a supplement for the enterprise competitive intelligence work,improved the enterprise competitive intelligence work efficiency.
