Based On The Protection Of The Asymmetric Information Theory Of Competitive Intelligence Research

With the development of economic globalization, enterprises of our country face fiercer and fiercer international and domestic competitive environment, every enterprise begins to realize the important function on enterprise's development of the competitive intelligence, and begin to set about carrying on the competitive intelligence activities. In case of paying attention to competitive intelligence work , someone pays more attention to it , who will have higher efficiency and better profit, and is in a leading position among the counterparts. The core of the countercompetitive intelligence is to control information flow, so this article introduces competitive intelligence﹜countercompetitive intelligence and the information asymmetry theory, on basis of it, this article has analysed the information asymmetry state in enterprise's competitive intelligence activities, and has proposed solving measure in terms of system. Meanwhile, this article set up a protected competitive intelligence model based on information asymmetry theory, and it analyses an example to prove that it can realize the goal of protecting enterprise's key information through aggravating the information asymmetry degree of every link of enterprise's competitive intelligence activity.
