Study On Current Status And Countermeasures Of Archival Information Dissemination Of National Comprehensive Archives Under The New Media Environment

As an emerging media,new media has been popularized by more and more people.At the same time,it is quietly changing the way people acquire information.In this environment,the National General Archives needs to seize opportunities,gain insight into the characteristics of new media communications,and change the mode of transmission and expand the channels of communication,to attract public attention to archive information,promote the development of archive information dissemination.This article is divided into four parts:The first part: An overview of the archives information dissemination of the National General Archives.It mainly includes the development of communication activities,the comparison of the distribution of archives information under the new media environment and the traditional forms,and the characteristics of new media distribution.The second part: the current situation of the archives information dissemination of the National Comprehensive Archives under the new media environment.A survey was conducted on the dissemination of archives information based on new media platforms such as archives websites,WeChat public account,and Weibo.The survey content included the content of archived information disseminated,the form of expression of archives information,and the construction and operation of new media platforms.The third part: The SWOT analysis of the archives information dissemination of the National Comprehensive Archives under the new media environment.Through this method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the National Archives archives information dissemination were comprehensively analyzed.The fourth part: The countermeasures for the information dissemination of the national comprehensive archive under the new media environment.In response to the disadvantages and threats faced by the National Comprehensive Archives under thenew media environment,we suggest that the Comprehensive Archives improve and optimize the archives new media platform from the aspects of strengthening system construction,improving platform construction,attaching importance to resource construction,and operating and maintaining.Enhance the ability of new media to disseminate archive information.
