| This paper, first on, analyzes the national comprehensive archives and concepts of modernization,on the theoretical aspects, define the relevant concepts, and studies the scoping, and discusses the significance of the construction of digital archives, advanced equipment and new archives management system on national comprehensive archives’ modernization of all levells; secondly, puts forward the construction plan of modernization of national comprehensive archives, including specific principles, objectives, contents and the overall construction plan, and decompose the study object according to the plan;thirdly, according to the overall plan, analyze, argumentate the relevant problems of onstruction of digital archives, equipment selection and construction of new archives management system on national comprehensive archives modernization, propose strategies and safegards; finally, this paper make detailed summary. The research results can guide the modernization work of our national comprehensive archives, have an impotant role on improving the work efficiency and quality of service of national comprehensive archives at all levels,as well as protection of archival resources. Therefore, the research has certain practical significance on the modernization of our national comprehensive archives. |
