Study On Minority Oral Archives Resource Construction In National Comprehensive Archive Of Yunnan Province

Yunnan Province is a border area which has the most member of minority, specific and the cross-border nationalities. These minority nationalities form their own particular history, culture and custom during the long development of society and production practice, which including languages, characters, songs, dances, customs, literalness, arts, handicraft arts, folk medicine and religion and so on. However, because the lack of characters, these traditional nationalities culture was inherited can only by the word of mouth. As the development of society and economy, the living space of many minority nationalities culture are squeezing by the dominant culture in the international and society. The inheritance of culture is facing the challenges that have never met before.For saving the nationalities culture in danger, The Archives Of Yunnan Province respond the social appeal positively. It attaches importance to the collection and settling the oral archives of Yunnan minorities, accumulates a vast number of reservations, and take the accumulations into the construction of archives.This paper uses the National Comprehensive Archives of Yunnan Province as the research platform, the construction of minority nationalities oral archives resources as the research theme.
