As the core equipment in the field of water supply control,such as self-priming pump,jet pump,deep well pump placed in the field,oil well pump,sewage pump and even mud pump,etc.,due to their working conditions,stalling,overload and other conditions which the generator suffers often result in motor failure or even stop running,if the monitoring is not timely,it may lead to huge economic losses and accidents.At present,with the rise of the Internet of things,the fault diagnosis for water pump and motor control of predicting the preservation of intelligent control and remote monitoring by embedded networking technology,will effectively solve the problems of quality control and automatic control of pump service life cycle.In this paper,I use the pump group as the hardware conditions,base the research on the Internet of things embedded monitoring network and application control system as the goal,realize the intelligent monitoring of pump group water supply.This paper firstly introduces the background and application of networking technology,then introduces the control system of achieving stable operation by two hardware networking from the design of things and core requirements,which includes the water pump control system and intelligent gateway control system,describe the mathematical model of function design,hardware program preparation,energy saving control system and its parameters design process in the actual simulation of pumps testing process in detail as well as the practical application of the promotion value,finally with the prospect and development direction of future and corresponding work.This paper focuses on the hardware process and each logic module design,describes the important source code for realization of the perception layer data which uploaded to the server and collected from the server to the application process of perception layer,clarifies the working mechanism of water supply control networking terminal network layer and application layer.This thesis has four innovations.One is to choose the module based on CC2650 chip in the communication between the perception layer and the intelligent gateway to realize the function of Self-network.Due to its hardware is US ART,it can simple the program development and avoid the packet loss problem resulting from the instability of the program.The second is to choose Ethernet communication in the intelligent gateway data transmission.The program is based on RAW serial port-Ethernet data communications which can save the microcontroller's Memory space and avoid the problem of data packet loss due to the amount of data flushing which will make the commander delay to receive.The third is to establish the mathematical model of energy-saving pump control,and obtain the relevant parameters originating from perception layer to ensure the possibility of achievement the mathematical model.At last,PC application interface and mobile application interface have been provided to achieve the convenience of human-computer interaction,as well as the timeliness of the directive decentralization.Finally,in order to verify the reliability and application,the system is tested in the AiKeSai Intelligent Technology(Taizhou)Co.,Ltd.The tests show that the system has been able to work reliably and stable in monitoring of pump changes and timely feedback of the current status information.
