Nowadays,China's agriculture is in a crucial period of transition from traditional extensive agriculture to modern agriculture,and the development of modern Internet of Things,big data,intelligent control and other technologies has provided solid technical support for the transformation of agriculture.China is the world's largest producer of agricultural products,and the planting area of facility agriculture ranks first in the world.But the lack of technical content of facilities and equipment has not yet achieved arge-scale producing production,which has seriously affected the advancement of agricultural modernization.Under such a realistic background,based on the Internet of Things technology and intelligent water and fertilizer control technology,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:Firstly,the paper uses the embedded technology and LPC2368 control board,the water-fertilizer controller with low cost and stable working performance is developed.And the peripheral function circuit of the control board is designed,which includes three different power supply voltage circuits to meet the voltage requirements of embedded controllers.In the keil programming environment,the programming of different functions of the intelligent water and fertilizer machine is completed.Finally,configuring HMI meet the needs of users on-site operation.Then,according to the nonlinear problem of the mixed fertilizer concentration of intelligent water and fertilizer machine,the paper proposes a variable domain fuzzy control algorithm VFPID,and combined with the traditional PID controller,the water and fertilizer coupling liquid concentration control overshoot becomes smaller and the adjustment time becomes shorter,the control effect is remarkable.Variable universe fuzzy controller adjusts the domain and adjusts the output variable online,the output include???4)???9?,simultaneously,???4??(?9? as the PID controller input,the PID controller with online self-tuning function has shorter concentration adjustment time and higher control precision in the control process.Finally,the paper uses the layered design idea to divide the Internet of Things water and fertilizer management platform into four layers:physical sensing layer,control layer,local management layer and remote decision-making layer.Based on the CAN bus technology,The physical sensing layer,the control layer and the local management layer form a distributed control system.The information exchange between the remote end and the local end is completed through the C/S and B/C hybrid architecture builted by the local management layer.The remote decision-making layer is a server platform with a model library and a knowledge base as the core.
