With the advancement of computer technology and network technology,IT industry came into being.The construction of industrial informatization in China has led to the rapid development of IT industry.Unlike the traditional manufacturing industry,the products provided by IT industry are mainly "service" rather than physical products.The level of "service" depends mainly on the intelligence and creativity of employees.Therefore,more human resources and intellectual capital need to be invested.In the process of IT project implementation,employee performance appraisal is an important work of project management,a key factor affecting the success or failure of the project,and also a key factor affecting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.By analyzing the characteristics of IT project personnel of Fujian A Company and the main problems existing in performance appraisal,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to optimize the performance appraisal of employees and effectively improve the performance level of IT project personnel for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above research background,this paper studies and summarizes the relevant theories and research status at home and abroad of performance appraisal;analyses the current situation and main problems of performance appraisal of IT project personnel of Fujian A Company;clarifies the purpose,principles,basis and methods of the construction of performance appraisal scheme for IT project personnel of Fujian A Company,and determines the key indicators and their weights.The performance appraisal scheme was formulated,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme for IT project employees of Fujian A Company were put forward.The focus of this study is to construct a quantitative performance appraisal scheme for IT project personnel to supplement and improve the deficiencies of Fujian A Company in IT project personnel performance management.At the same time,I hope that the results of this study can enrich the research content of performance management related fields,and provide reference for Fujian A Company and other similar enterprises to improve staff performance appraisal.
