Nowadays,the instruments and meters frequently used in the field of industrial control are generally highly integrated and packaged stand-alone devices.Their functions are implemented by hardware circuits and software functions that are solidified in advance.These are all manufactured before the factory and are designed by manufacturers.In the course of use,users cannot change their internal structure and functional characteristics;such instruments have a long development cycle,complex production processes,and special production materials,which cause their prices to be expensive and users have insufficient flexibility in their use.However,with the rapid development of industrial science and technology,the field of industrial control tends to become more intelligent,informatized,and automated.Based on market demand,we have developed a new generation of virtual instrument test platforms based on computer software technology,virtual instrumentation technology,and test application technology(Virtual Instrument).Because the functions of the virtual instrument are implemented by computer software,the computer system has rich storage functions,high-efficiency computing capabilities,and the use of computer software technology,capable of simulating the functions of traditional instrumentation,and even the critical values that many real instruments cannot complete..The use of computer software technology can realize the visualization of virtual instruments,the visualization of signal analog changes,the development of virtual instrument control strategies according to requirements,and the full use of computer network resources.According to the actual needs of the current industrial control field,we have researched and developed a virtual instrument test platform,which can simulate all the basic functions of conventional instrumentation,but also can be targeted at specific areas,such as automotive detection platform,mining exploration platform,telemedicine Testing,automatic control of machine tool simulation and other special scenes,and the development of related dedicated functional platforms.During the research and development process,we consulted a large number of configuration documents for conventional instruments such as temperature transmitters,pressure transmitters,switches,speed detectors,barometers,etc.,and compared and analyzed the existing literature.The functional modules of the virtual instrument test platform include: 1.The functions of the virtual instrumentation,the editing of the basic operation interface of the virtual instrument and the configuration of the analog semaphore;2.The communication protocols above the analog data communication line,such as the Modbus protocol in the industrial control field,Analysis and configuration of CAN protocol and LIN protocol;3.The system provides an interface for monitoring and recording real instruments.Instrumentation implements “plug and play”,and realizes the monitoring and recording of instrumentation's running status;4.The experimental data of the virtual instrument is generated,and the special waveform data is generated and analyzed.The system also provides some special function modules for vehicle detection: support for the analysis and configuration of standard CAN and LIN network description files,can easily carry out bus simulation and data transmission;through hardware-in-the-loop technology can be in a virtual environment The electronic control unit and software of the car are tested in various general environments that are not easy to complete to provide hardware-in-the-loop simulation support.Through the building temperature control and intelligent security system development environment simulation examples,verify the full functionality of the virtual instrument test platform,from the building temperature control hardware system framework to simulate the real scene to the docking monitoring host system development environment,edit the test experimental data,To achieve the test purpose,complete the integration of building temperature control system and intelligent security system.
